Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and full name (optional) when you create an account or update your profile.

Project content: videos you upload, YouTube links you enter, text you write to generate cinematic scenes, and product links and their scraped data when using the ad automation tool.

Generated content: the clips, videos, and ads the platform produces on your behalf.

Billing data: once paid subscriptions are enabled, payment details are processed entirely through Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers.

Usage data: browsing statistics collected only after your explicit consent via the cookie notice banner.

To provide the core service: sending your videos and text to our AI processing providers (Opus Clip and Kling AI) to produce the requested clips, scenes, and ads.

To manage your account and subscription and process payments via Stripe.

To send necessary account-related messages, and notifications you opt into from the Settings page.

To improve the platform based on usage data collected only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the platform:

• Opus Clip and Kling AI — to process videos and generate content.

• Stripe — to process payments (once subscriptions are enabled).

• Supabase — to host our database and authentication system.

• Vercel — to host the platform, and for usage analytics only after your explicit consent.

• Sentry — to automatically log technical errors (not browsing behavior), so we can detect and fix platform issues quickly.

Each of these providers is governed by its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

We use essential cookies to run the platform (such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language preference), and optional analytics cookies that are only activated after your explicit consent via the banner shown on your first visit.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure password storage through Supabase's authentication system. That said, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently and irreversibly delete your projects and personal data.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You can update your data directly from the Settings page, or contact us for any other request.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate the last-updated date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of it.
