Terms of Service

By using Model 6, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The platform provides three AI video production tools: repurposing long-form videos into short clips (Shorts), generating cinematic scenes from text (Text to Video), and automating video ad creation from product links. These tools rely on third-party providers for video processing (Opus Clip and Kling AI).

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. Information you provide when registering must be accurate.

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use the platform, since paid subscriptions require legal capacity to contract and process payment. The platform does not knowingly collect data from minors.

Paid plans are measured by the number of monthly processing minutes each plan provides. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the billing management portal available on the Billing page. All payments are processed via Stripe. For our refund policy, see the separate Refund Policy page.

Active subscribers may also buy one-time extra-minute packs from the Billing page (currently 60 minutes for $27 and 200 minutes for $85). Pack minutes are added on top of your monthly plan minutes, are used only after your monthly minutes run out, are not reset when your subscription renews, and expire 6 months after the purchase date; any pack minutes still unused on that date are forfeited. Packs can only be purchased while you have an active paid subscription. If your subscription later ends, minutes already purchased in packs remain usable until their expiry date.

You retain full ownership rights to the videos and text you upload, and to the content the platform generates on your behalf. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process this content (including sending it to third-party processing providers) solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

You may not use the platform to produce or process illegal content, content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights, or content involving harassment, hate speech, or abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

Some platform features depend on third-party providers (such as Opus Clip, Kling AI, and Stripe). We are not liable for any outage, delay, or error caused by these external services, though we strive to ensure the best possible experience.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, the state of incorporation of the company that owns the platform (Aurora Way, LLC).

We may update these terms from time to time, and will indicate the last-updated date at the top of this page.
